November 2010 Goals

Happy first of November! I've been inspired by bloggers like Gracie and Monica to put my monthly goals in writing.


 My short-term goals for this month are:

  • Drink 2 full water bottles every day
  • Do cardio (run, spin, etc) 3x a week, do yoga/abs 2x a week
  • Floss every other night (I just can't do it daily, sorry!)
  • Mop my kitchen floor every Wednesday
