My short-term goals for this month are:
- Drink 2 full water bottles every day
- Do cardio (run, spin, etc) 3x a week, do yoga/abs 2x a week
- Floss every other night (I just can't do it daily, sorry!)
- Mop my kitchen floor every Wednesday
